These terms

These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which we quote for and carry out work. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Quotes and pricing

• Site surveys and written quotes are free and carry no obligation.
• A quote is based on what is visible and measurable at the survey. Ground conditions can differ once excavation begins, and where they do we will stop, explain and agree any change with you in writing before continuing.
• Quotes are valid for a stated period, after which material prices may need reviewing.

Carrying out the work

We agree the layout, the materials and the timescale with you before anything is ordered. We need reasonable access to the site and to a water and power supply where the work requires it.

Guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed in writing on every install. Materials carry the manufacturer warranty that applies to them. The guarantee covers our work, not damage caused by third parties, ground movement outside our control, or lack of normal maintenance.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote. Any deposit and staged payments will be stated there in full before you commit.

Cancellation

If you cancel after accepting a quote, we will only charge for materials already ordered specifically for your job and for work already carried out.

This website

Photographs on this site illustrate the type of work we carry out. Every job is quoted individually and nothing on this site forms a contract until a written quote is accepted.
