Who we are

Kelpie Landscape & Build Ltd is a landscaping, groundworks and driveway contractor working across Hampshire and southern Surrey. You can reach us on the phone number and email address shown in the footer of every page.

What we collect

We only collect what we need in order to quote for your job and get back to you.

• Your name, email address and telephone number, when you send them through the quote form or contact us directly.
• Your postcode, so we can check the job falls inside the area we cover.
• Any details or photographs you choose to send us about the work.

Why we hold it

To prepare and send you a quote, to arrange a site survey, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and guarantee purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in the footer and we will respond.
